frustation continues..spoke to a supervisor..he said if anythng is missing they wont schedule the interview..i was missing the police certificate frm malaysia..i already will b here in august...thught i could submit dat on da interview..but dont knw seems like dis will never end..

hey thnk u so much for ur reply...i did sent the response letter...i got a response checklist letter..but it didnt say anythng dat u can submit documents at da interview...but one moe thng how do i talk to da supervisor...just ask the operator to pass me to a supervisor..

I have interview next month to USA embassy and so far all the required documents they ask is well prepared ( I hope )..but there is one thing that bothered me..Its about Police Certificate Overseas. I read through NVC that I need to get a police certificate if 1 year or more living overseas, I worked in Dubai from February 2000-January 2001 but Im not residence there only working visa, Is it possible that I need to get police certificate from Dubai? and if yes, then how? I have my Philippines NBI/Police certificate already,.

No, not for a couple of months. Take a look at the timelines of some of the people who sent in their application around the same time as you and you will get a better idea of how long you will be waiting.

thnks for ur reply.but my 1st touch was on dec 28th 2009...and my second touch is on march 11 2010...and its almost 3 months now.so how long shud i wait after dis touch

Someone at USCIS has been working with your case, hence the 'touch'. You should usually get a couple of them in the process of them working your case.

so does dat mean we will hear sumthng from dem soon

dat was fast..we filled on 19th dec got our noa1 on 24th dec..so we r also waiting...but dat give us a hope 2..

Fill out your timeline and you'll get a prediction of when your approval is likely to come. Think in terms of about three months from NOA1.

I sent my forms in on December 8th, Tuesday they arrived in Chicago. Have not yet received the confirmation letter yet.
