I have tried calling the Sydney Consulate and you get no where. Once I send in the paperwork which hopefully will be Tuesday next week I will put a note in asking for an interview on the 27th July. Don't know how I will go though getting it, but they can only say no at least i tried. We have waited so long as you have so I don't want to waste any more time.

Hi O&C. I'm alittle annoyed with my lawyer at the moment. She told me that she was sending all the paperwork I need to send into the Consulate last Thursday but today I found out that she only sent it yesterday. So we have wasted a week. If I only knew how easy this would have been after reading things io this site I wouldn't have used them. I'm still hoping for an interview end...

O&C Here in Australia the medical report etc will be sent to me and then I send it to the US consulate in Sydney, with what ever other things they want. I don't know if it's the same in other countries.I was shocked I could do it now but the receptionist was so sure that doing it this was was ok. Kathy

Thanks Terri can't wipe the smiles off our faces today. I have already arranged my medical, xrays, etc. I read that you had done the same before your packet 3 arrived so I thought I would do the same. Your posts have been so helpfull, I have really appreciated reading them.

Yes we are O & C can't wipe the smiles off our faces. I have already been making medical appointments and getting things together so once I receive the packet 3 I can just send everything back straight away. It has turned out to be a great week for both of us..Keep in touch it will be great to hear how things are progessing for you too. Kathy

HI O&C....Just wondering if you know what pink and blue slips are. We still haven't heard anything yet but I am reading some couples are getting pink or blue slips but i have no idea what they are....

HI Guys...still waiting here too...It's getting very frustrating and annoying. I too am getting very annoyed with seeing other who filed after us getting their NOA2..If you go onto the USCIS website they state they action the applications by date received as we are seeing that's a load of crock.
