Sankuniku, can you please tell me how you went about removing your lawyer, we are experiencing problems with ours and would like to remove him but do not know how. NVC sent him the fee bills a month ago and as of yet he has still not done anything about them and refuses to reliece thispaper work to us. This is what happens when you have to pay people up front you get ###### service grrrrr sorry im really angry this process is stressfull and takes a very long time without a Lawyer making it even worse

DS230 question 29 asks for a list of all children. Can anyone tell me what children they are refering to. Our son is 18 months old and has a UK and a US passport so although he will be traveling with me he is not actually immigrating with me. Do they want a list of all our children,if so does this include my husbands 18 year old son froma previous marriage.

DS230 question 31a asks to name all persons names in 14 and 29 who will accompany me to the US. My USC husband is coming to the UK so that i wont have to travel to the US alone with our 18 month old son. Do they mean they want to know who will be traveling with you or do they want to know who if anyone will be immigrating with you.

I'm a lil confused to say the least and would appreciate it if someone could help me understand these two questions

I have to stop coming here initially it was a great help but it just depresses me to see so many people who applied months after me getting approved, I still havent heard a thing petition hasnt been touched since 2nd october two weeks after they received it. How can they say they process in order they are received when they so obviously dont. i would be happy with an RFE just to know my file wasnt laying in some two year olds toy box coz thier mommy works from home .lol

As far as i am aware your new baby's birth cert is enough proof so longs it shows your the father on it, the fact you have a child together is all the proof you should need

I wanna cry coz seems like im the only september filler left who hasnt had approval. Begining to think our file has been lost in some blackhole and knowing my luck thats probably whats happened LOL we had one touch back on 2nd of october and nothing since, getting so desperate i'd be happy with a RFE just so i know they havent lost our file

I'm kinda late joining but just wanted to say congrats to all you september 2009 files who have received approval. We got our NOA1 on 15th Sep 2009 which was 5 months ago. Made a call to USCIS yesterday and were told they are presently processing 15th Aug 2009 and to call back in 30 days if we havent head anything. We were hoping for better news than that since it was our 2nd wedding anniversery yesterday, it would have been a wonderful presy, alas ....
