It will be nice if you enroll to a driving school as they provide (lifetime) insurance and it will also help lower your auto insurance =)

I have two insurance, one with the driving class (as a driver) and the other one is with my husbands (as a passenger). I am not sure if the DMV Colorado requires new drivers to be insured before seeking an instruction permit as I had mine with the school.

it's fine...my yard looks better now after it was weeded that's why my hubby was happy but he is so pissed also with the situation with USCIS, DMV and SSA.

thanks Be83, i am married, i have my EAD and my AOS interview is on the 24th...just so sad that we could not do so much without SSN here in Colorado, even with bank transactions they ask for your SSN.

thanks...that's what i am thinking...do all what is necessary coz i know i have the right to have that SSN.

USCIS case status and alien number is there already...verifying it online in the USCIS website will tell them that the card was valid...what else do they need to verify?

wow...i think i have had so much explanations regarding the EAD status in the SSA office...they still could not understand it...what is the purpose of having an EAD card...for employment obviously...why would not they accept that document I have?

do we need to have a GC before we get SSN?

thanks everyone...i badly needed it so i can function well as a wife...you know drive and get groceries on your own...work and have savings for the future...not a good idea to make people wait for too long...at least right now i can get a driver's license once i got my SSN tomorrow =)

I-693 was on the list...wonder why they ask for it coz I have sent them a copy of my immunization record.

sorry...i think i got rattled...i reviewed the I-693 instructions and says K visa holders that had their medical done overseas is no longer required to have another medical exam....Now the question in mind, what are the usual questions during the interview?

Do I need to fill up I-693/have a medical check up if I have done that in my country for visa purposes? And I also have sent them my immunization record together with AOS application. I still have my sealed CD from the medical institution where I had my medical check up for the visa.
