      Hey,

      Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I haven't been checking this very often at all. If you haven't started the process yet, it is very easy. It is similar to the first step of the CR 1 process. You will fill out an I751 and then send in any pertinent evidence of a bonafide relationship. Bank accounts, house or car loans together or a lease, health or life insurance, etc. Once they receive your docs. you get a letter extending residency for 1 year, then they will send...

      Nope, no news yet...haven't spoken with NVC lately. My grandma died and so I have not been in touch with NVC...I am calling Monday though to check in and see if maybe we were able to sneak in with an interview in December. Hope your SIF is on its way!

      DId you call them and ask why it was missing info? what did they tell you?

      Yep, she said that the AVR doesn't update like it should and there is a glitch. That even though they may have opened your package and reviewed the docs that info has not been put into the system yet, so it tricks the system into thinking that you are missing docs. when in reality you aren't missing anything.
