    April 7, 2011, and my wife and I are still separated by 8,000 miles. In January the I-130 was approved, but the visa denied. We fired our useless lawyer and got a new one who created an excellent waiver document spanning 60+ pages for the I-212 compared to the single page cover letter the first lawyer submitted. We submitted this on March 7..and we continue to wait.

    Just found out that we are scheduled for an interview in 3 weeks! It's about time!

      The USCIS Interview was easily passed, and case was forwarded to NVC.

      My wife was interviewed at the Hong Kong consulate in January after months of no progress at the NVC..and she easily passed as well.
