I GOT MY VISA on Jun 30 then it took for me like 2montsh and half then ur fiance will get his mine for sure just keep being patient and try to call the consulate when u feel its too much long,but get ready for 2months or more keep ur faith on this high,good luck.

its something weird which none can tell us how long it will take to be done.WAIT is all they can tell from DOS or consulate.but I advice u to call the DOS Department of State : 202-663-1225 asap bcs they will be more helpful than consulate to tell u ur case is actually in which step.good Luck
