    Pretty sure I already asked you this question but what forms came in the Packet 3? DS-230, DS156,and DS156K? Another question..do you have to wait to do the medical before you send back Packet 3 and can you set an appointment before you even get the P3? thanks so much. we just want to be ahead of it all so not to spend anymore unnecessary days apart!
