    If his license is not up to date he get them renewed.

    Hey there. Suggestion: If your fiance drive, make sure he brings his license from ghana. To my understanding they have a updated one. I would suggest if his is not up to date. It will save him alot of time and less unnecessary procdeures with being able to drive in MD.
