    I just sent you a response, and trust me, your best bet is to take whatever evidence (maybe a letter that is faxed from home from your fathers doctor stating how dire his situation is and time is of the essence to you) There is a link on the UScis to make an appointment for infopass at a local office so you can explain your situation and ask for the AP to be expedited as soon as possible.

      Hi Aries. I read your comments to this other member about infopass for advance parole. Can you please help me, if what should I do, my AOS is still on process and I did not include my AP there. My dad passed away 3 days ago. Do I need to pay for that $360 fee even if my papers are still on process?

    Thanks for writing this morning. You are the first person on here to write us and lets say, its nice to talk with someone else going thru the same experience. Not too many other people I know are going thru this so it gets kind of lonely and frustrating. I am hoping any day now to find out about our NOA2. Thanks again.
