  I'm in the process of I-130 for my father. I'm not sure how much the rules have changed and what I shall prepare myself.
  
  NOA 1 was just received, I-130 fee was cashed on 2/12/2016. I understand the next step is to wait for NOA2. How long will it take to receive NOA2 ? 3 months?
