      well u have to go to a civil surgeon to get the I-693 filled out...that'd what I mean.

      I'm not going to a civil surgeon to get the I-693 filled out. I used the letter of explanation i found on the link i just gave you. If your medical was less than one year ago, you don't have to get it filled out. Some people got an RFE for that but i'm willing to take the risk!
