For the last two years I've worked as a contractor. Would 1099 statements and bank statements be sufficient?

USCIS requires forms with original signatures so the best way to go is to have her download the form, fill it up herself, sign it and then mail it to you ^__^

Also, don't forget the Letter of Intent to marry requires original signatures too!

My fiance lives in Russia and her signature is required in the G-325A form. Can she just scan or fax me the form or does the USIC require the original signature?

My fiance lives in Russia and her father left before she was born so she doesn't know anything about her father except his name. On the form we filled out his first and last name. Date-of-birth, birth-city and residence we filled it out with "Unknown". Is this appropriate or should we leave his whole identity "unknown"?
