After filing k3/k4for my wife, she and daughter came to usa on b2.while here we filed 130 for daughter. they returned to China, K3/k4 approved then 130 approved for daughter. Your 130 should be approved and you use it to AOS after you immigrate. You did apply for k or CR1, Right?
