I just wanted to give you my opinion that give US embassy wht they ask for cuz this is wht happened in my case. I give them the right papers of my husbands divorce and they thought i was doing fraud when these papers were from UC Pakistan. Then i had to apply for I -130 again then i gave them wht they wanted and they approved my case with no problems.

We did send docs to verify my household so they just wanted clear statment about who i claim on taxes (even tho they had tax transcripts) and i sent apt lease showing who is on my lease... that i think is all they wanted but still put him in ap said mandatory ap for at least 45 working days but can last longer (urgh) and this week the dos said he was in standard review so idk if we are going to see visa before october for our anniversary or if we will be in the ap abyss fo...
