Hi,

I'm sorry I have another question with regards to filing the N400. I have lots of copies of my I 360 approval notice but cannot find the original. Will I need to take the original with me if I get an interview? I also only have a copy of the IJ termination of removal proceedings.

My attorney at the time received an original, but that was over 10 years ago. I'm praying I don't have to get an original replacement as it's over $400.

Hi Gabriela, I'm so happy that you are now able to move on in yur life. As for the name change I'm still not sure....I'm going to keep mine the same for the moment as I can't afford to change my card and passport. I don't know if that's correct. As for citizenship I'm sure it's 3 years. I'm hoping to apply for mine next year.
