We were not an overstay VWP situation, but we did AOS from VWP a few years back. My husband is the UK citizen. I wanted to wish you two all the best for your AOS process. The wait for approval can be nerve wracking. I hope that it goes quickly for you two. We were so nervous during that initial interview (and the drive home as we weren't told an immediate yes). Good luck!

Excited to receive the NOA and biometrics letter yesterday. Hopefully the last biometrics appointment for us EVER!

Hey there! Just wanted to wish you luck and hope you have a smooth AOS process. I wanted to let you know that while you are from Mechanicsville (which is in Hanover County), your local USCIS office will be in Norfolk, Va. We had our interview and everything there so take a look at our reviews of the Norfolk office.
