if they guy is Cuban, he does not need any visa. He is entitled to automatic residency, automatic housing, automatic food stamps, automatic healthcare, automatic welfare and it is all free.

Cubans do not need visas. They can come here anytime. Free, but only Cubans.

I am a bit confused by this, if they don't need a visa, then why did he bother to apply for one? If this is so, I would assume every Cuban would have this knowledge including the OP's Fiance. Can someone please explain this?

    This is soo FUNNY.

but seriously this sound like FRAUD and no one is mentioning.

  3. Hi Everyone!

As far as you know. (based in what you research so far) how long it takes to get an answer from a supevisor review.

I have my interview for AOS 2/16 and when we finish the IO told us to wait for about 4 to 6 weeks for an answer. (We dont know if is a yes or no yet)

The main thing is that i really want to go and see my parents in Chile after the heartquake.

Do you think if i made an infopass will make a difference or should try to contact a congressman or something.

Or sadly just wait until i get a letter or email from USCIS. (I'm anxious)

    Thanks in advance...

  4. Hi guys! thanks for your support.

Yesterday was a strange day for me. we have that light snow that is just annoying almost all day.

We have the appointment @ 1:45 and we arrive at federal plaza about 1:15. and we wait, wait and wait some more. around 3:15 or so we were call. a middle age man open the door and we went to his office.

He introduce himself and ask for ours id and such. but he didn't stop shuffling papers.

Anyways we give him our joint accounts, 2009 tax returns, pictures, insurance, marriage certificate, passports etc.

He make me some questions about my in laws. but he was more interested in what my wife has to say. (you know girl stories)

at the end he ask me if i have any questions. and logically i ask if we were approved. and he said that his supervisor has to check the file first. but we should get an answer from 4 to 6 weeks.

we wrote in my passport my A number, his name and that we were interview.

    but thats it.

    what do you guys think?
