I came into the USA on a CR1 visa in July 22, 2010. When is the best time to file for remove of conditions? We was suppose to send the documents in december but a friend was insisting it can be done in July 2011. Advice pls and thank you.

Thanks for responding, we've got all of that back home. My question exactly is do the embassy really issue F1 visa on a 2yr program or it must be a 4yr program.

Greetings to everybody, I'm a LPR and VisaJourney mates helped me through my visa process. I want to bring a brother to come here and study. My question is, is getting an F1 visa easy for an Associate degree or must it be a Bachelors degree? Most colleges here in Louisiana are 2yrs. I would need every opinion I can get and your opinion is highly appreciated.

Im trying to see if anybody knows the exact time for removing conditions on your CR1 visa for a permanent residency? I entered the USA with a CR1 visa on July 14th 2010. When would be right to remove the conditions? Ideas and help will be highly appreciated.

I called my husband today and told him about the "presidential initiative"... he already hated Obama before, guess how he feels now.

Like msd said, it's wonderful that people are that have been waiting for years are going to be reunited, but can't they just hire more people and get more cases closed?

I'm sorry to say this but if your husband hates Obama bcos of how things work in a country that isn't his, tell him to sit his #### tight in Nicaragua or wherever he comes from. The process has been like this and everybody went through it. Your husband cant be an exception. He doesn't have to move to the USA, you may want to move to Nicaragua to stay with him if he hates Obama or the USA.
