How's everybody doing? I just received a RFE today, regarding joint residence and good faith? Does it mean I'll just focus on gathering evidence of the two. Or I'll should get more evidence of the abuse? Any opinion?

hi there, i could not get any benefits with prima facie, they said i need to be a resident to get something, although i had a little child and had no income at that time, they did not care, the only thing they offered me was to come back with green card HAHAHA. i think it depends on the state. So good luck with it:)

Hey Transporter, u can get Medicaid, food stamp and financial aid for school. I'm not sure what other benefits you can get. Good luck though.
