I met Bahi online in December of 2008. Amazingly it happened on the same day I was logging onto the website to delete my profile...but there was just something about him I had to know more about, so I wrote him back...so began an amazing friendship that I never expected. He was instantly like an old friend I could share my days and stories of family with. We wrote emails to each other multiple times a day. So I decided to take him up on his offer to come meet him and his family and see a country that I had only thought about in my dreams. Something so COMPLETELY out of my comfort zone..but it felt right. My whole family tried to stop me like it was an intervention, but I knew it was the right thing to do. I spent two amazing weeks traveling all around Casablanca and Marrakesh with Bahi and his family. Neither one of us ever expected it to be more than friendship..but the chemistry was undeniable. We fell in love...so I convinced him that we had to just go for it and that he needed to be my husband. Luckily he didn't take too much convincing...the only hesitation was due to a nasty divorce he had just finished going through. But we are well beyond that and know we can only be happy when we are together....Whatever it takes.
hey jackie how are you? did you guys send the 10 yr. forms yet? We just sent ours on Monday and we hope that everything will go smooth. I sent as much proof as I could but I hope its enough. Hey did you send letters from family members? I did not and I'm wondering if that will be a problem.
