4/5/2011 - USCIS Interview. Not Happy. Did not even last 5 minutes being interviewed by a 38ish looking woman of Russian origin. My wife is not fluent enough in English so the interview was abrptly stopped and we were told to bring a HUMAN interpreter next time. Electronic NOT WELCOME. This was at the Bedford, NH USCIS office. I drove 2 hours 1 way and to miss work. We now wait for next appointment paper in the mail. We asked our Chinese restaurant friend if she would interpret.

3/15/2011 - Yan recieved her EAD/AP ID card today. We are SO HAPPY! Interview on April 5th.

Biometrics on 1/20/2011 - Kind of un-eventful. They only take your fingerprints and rely on the individual to put in their weight, height, eye color, hair color, nationality. K1's - MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A COPY OF YOUR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE!

Putting all the paperwork together for Adjustment of Status. I-485, I-765, I-131 & others.

We had a WONDERFUL MARRIAGE CEREMONY!

Plans for touching down on US soil - September 16th

Delayed 1 day in obtaining Visa. All is well.

Thank you all ) She left Guangzhou to return back to her city. I will have update then.

APPROVAL! Picking up VISA Friday 16th

Medical Tuesday July 13th, Interview 7:15AM July 14th

Train to Guanzhou on July 10, then medical, then interview and train back.
