Met In Oct 2008 ! been together ever since... lots of traveling canada to usa and usa to canada :) We applied For our K1 in November 2008 .. Been Very patient since than.. Had my interview In June , Got Approved and Moved here in NC in July 2010 !! We are now living together, happily married and waiting for the green card !!

Case transfer to California !!! Jezzz! Now what? i guess i just got to keep waiting !

  HEYY !!! noo i called and the girl said it was transfer to california … i was a bit confused because i had NO idea why? so being transfer is a good thing ? she said i should get something within 30 days if not to call back :S so i guess i got to wait it out

  yah it usually means that you don't have to go for an interview! ....what you'll be getting is your notice in the mail saying it was transfered probably....and then wait so more, usually they'll approve or decline the applications @ CSC. It's RARE they send the cases back to the Local Office after they've sent them to CSC unless they find something wrong....like always, it's just a waiting game. I haven't called, I checked this morning and my case still hasn...
