    you don't have to wait two year to file your I-129f, as soon as you have met in person then you can file.

    If you have your passport then that should be enough to petition for the I-129f. You just have to prove you are an American Citizen.

    My wife in the Philippines had the same problem with her birth certificate. She had an incorrect middle name. It took 8 months to fix
