Thanks Lain!
next month is just August where the september VB will be released. Are you saying that eventhough my PD is supposed to be current by the month of September I may recieve my IL this month or are you pertaining to the end of August?
Yes, if next VB will move let's say till 1st of February 07, then NVC will start issuing IL at the end of this month, prior VB for September will be released.
They stopped issuing visas for the rest of the world and alloted more for Philippines, so I think, that you should receive your IL very soon.

Anyone with the same Jan 2007 PD in the Philippines?
August bulletin shows Dec 06.
Any clues when are we supposed to receive our interview schedule?
NVC start scheduling interview each month from 27th to 8th. Most likely, that next month VB will cover your PD, so at the end of this month you should receive your IL, or you can call NVC on 28th and ask about it.

It's the same number they gonna give you just visit the office n request a reprint of the card it will take a week the most
Ok, thank you, I thought so, that I'll have to visit the office and about GC, didn't know, that it takes that long to receive it. Been optimistic about this part, that you receive your GC in 2 weeks, even they say it might take up to 30 days, but maybe it depends on the State?

"Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error." Please advice me. Thanks
Looks like your case is not opened yet.

Hello everyone I've a question
Me and my mother are waiting an interview (F1 category) and we afraid because my mother was in embassy with several times for visa(tourist visa) and they didn't gave her last time when she was in embassy 11 years ago consul ask her something I don't know exactly and she lied to cosul and consul denied visa for lie and told her that never come again for visa. What do you think they don't give us visa? And another question if they don't give visa to my mother it means that I can't take too? I never been in embassy.
P.S My grandmother filled for us for me and for my unmarried mother
Sorry for my bad English
In DS-260 your mom will have to mark "Yes" at q: have you ever been denied visa. Then to write down when and how many times that happened and to explane shortly. That was long time ago, your mom was claiming for tourist visa, and it's been denied for missrepresentation, now case is different, it's visa for family reunification, where you waited long years to get it to be with your family and now is very important to be honest filing that form and later at the interview with the consul. If you'll be honest providing correct info, consul might even not ask about it at the time of interview and I don't think, that it would be an issue to deny visa for you.

I called a month ago to NVC and the lady that answered told me that she couldn't provide that information that it had to be the petitioner the person to call
my mom is 80 years old she doesn't have an email address
Call again, get another representative, who will provide you your Invoice ID, also tell them your email address, if you haven't provided it yet, probably that's why you haven't received your WL.

So why the dates remained the same? If there is less demand the dates should move! I really don't understand what's happening.
Visas been alloted to India, Mexico and Philippines. Huge movement for India - 9 months, Mexico - 5 months. Expect movement for the rest of the world from new fiscal year(October VB).

I have noticed for the last few months the dates in the visa bullitins have not changed. Is that because they are out of visas or because they don't know what to do because of the new adminstration and the bans?
No, they are not out of visas. It's been allotted for India, Mexico and Philippines, as line for these countries were very slowly moving. I think, that there won't be any good moving for the rest of the world till the new fiscal year(October VB).

Hi everyone! Im in the process of petitioning my parents. I am having a hard time filling up the Form I-130. Can anyone help me? these are my questions :
1. Should I fill out two separate Form1-130 for my mom and dad?
2.Question # 3. If the beneficiary is your brother/sister, are you related by adoption? Yes or No.. Should I leave this blank?
3.In the beneficiary's section Part 4, who are they referring to?
Any help will be greatly appreciated..Thanks in advance!!!
Hi,

2. No.
Never leave blank, write N/A if it doesn't apply to you;
3. Provide information about your parrents.
Start your own topic next time.
Good luck!

Are you sure , we have to put N/A if there is no middle name there.
Yes, i'm sure, N/A if it doesn't apply to you. Don't leave it blanc, cause it seems, that you forgot to fill it.

I am US Citizen filling for my brothers and sisters for which I have to file new I-130, 12 pages application.
1) What should I put into middle name. So I should put NO, N/A or should I left it blank. Normally, I leave it blank in all USCIS documents. However, official instruction document from USCIS website says that 3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been married and the question asks, “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless otherwise directed
2) I don't have Uscis Online Account Number, So should I put N/A or say none . Will I receive USCIS online account number once I get receipt of my received documents from USCIS or this USCIS account number is only for permanent residents removing condition .
3) I am US Citizen by Naturalization , so I had Alien registration number before becoming US citizen number. Should I put N/A as I am US citizen now or should I put my Alien registration number there.
4) Part 2, item 10a , my mailing address is same as my physical address so what should I write in item 12a to 13b.
If someone is self employeed, what should be written in that. Please help me to properly fill new I-130 application. I will be greatly thankful.
Hi,
1.) If you don't have middle name put N/A.
2.) N/A as well if you don't have USCIS account No.
3.) Yes, you should put N/A as you are already US citizen and will provide proof of it.
In part 2 provide just SSN.
4.) Mark "yes" at 11 and put N/A at 12a-15b.
If you are self employed just write down your occupation.
Good luck!

Hello ...I have to send my all documents to NVC ...on website NVC address is
National Visa Center
Attn: DR
31 Rochester Ave. Suite 100
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914but on my welcome letter address is
United States Department of State
National Visa Center
31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 200
Portsmouth, NH 03801-2915
I am confused which one is correct??
Send to address which is on your WL. It's actually the same, but departments are different. So you need the one, which is provided on your WL.

Hello, If you send your current documents now without the PD you will be receiving RFE.
That is not correct, you can send all your documents after you have received your WL and that is prior your PD will become current and you won't receive a Checklist if NVC will find out that all required documents are in the package.

Good day! I've got 2 CC emails from NVC with the same content last june 30 (1st) and July 5 (2nd). Is this okay? should i contact NVC informing that i've received their email (INTERVIEW LETTER)??
You had to get 2 mails, 1st one informing, that your case got completed and you are awaiting for the interview and 2nd, that your interview been scheduled, so all is ok.

Sure I will hire an Immigration Attorney but I need a good one that can give me a smart solution to my case
Do you know what my dad should do to avoid denial of GC?
Thank You Very MuchHe can't do anything now, cause it's up all to immigration officers at the POE. He didn't work in US, didn't file taxes and didn't live there. So there are no chances, that he'll be able to keep his GC, but as I said before get a smart lawyer, sometimes miracles happens.

I know this is taking too long.... Im from Lima, Peru in South America. Now im even more worried ....
They are sending IL each month from 27th till 8-10th, so it's a good time to call after holidays and to ask about your interview date, remind them nicely, that your PD is already current from May, but your interview hasn't been scheduled yet. The best time to call early in the morning their time(less wait on hold). Don't worry, you might get your IL soon

My priority date is 06 Dec 2010, It was first an f2b Visa, but then they updated it to F1 since my dad was now a Citizen. My case was completed August of last year....so it has been a while.
Guys with the same PD already had their interviews on May. They are taking too long to schedule it for you🤔 Btw, in what country do you live, sorry can't see.

No, you can't edit, it's already submitted. It's not a big problem, you can provide the correct address in DS-260.

I came to the United States on F1 (Student Visa) in 2015 and I graduated from school then I got OPT
(Optional Practical Training) and I got Employment Authorization Card and I am working legally right now.
On the other hand, my Dad is a permanent resident (Green Card Holder) and he applied an I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative)
for me in 2011 and the application is with the NVC (National Visa Center) right now.
The NVC sent me an Email mentioned that I can start collecting my papers and pay the fees and complete online
forms to follow 6 steps.
My Priority Date now follow the table for filing visa applications Not the final action dates table in the
Visa Bulletin so I still have a couple of months to apply.
I have 2 options now:
1) Adjustment of Status
2) Consular Processing
Since I am physically present in the United States I want to apply for Adjustment of Status.
My Dad is the Petitioner and I am the Principal Applicant.
My question is for my interview for Adjustment of Status:
should my dad come to the interview with me? or is it optional? On the other hand, my Dad is not physically present in the United States and he had been in my country
(Out of the United States) for more than 5 years, I know that he has not to leave the United States for more than
6 months but he had some health condition and he had to go to a hospital in my country,
My question, is that effect the process of Adjustment of Status? If yes what can he do to avoid that?
and he didn't file for Taxes for the last 5 years because he didn't work in the United States at all,
Is the Taxes issue related to the Adjustment of Status? If yes what can he do to avoid that?
I know that they may stop him when he comes back to the United States, what should he do to avoid that?
If there is any suggestion that would help please advise me?
Your dad had to become US citizen and then to leave the country, now he voided his GC. Most likely, that visa for you will be denied. You better consult with a lawyer.
