Just want to tell u guys how happy I am... our papers was finally approved... We received email from USCIS telling that they sent our NOA2 FEb 24. We started our journey JAn 4..... and finally after the long wait... 52 days... thank u GOD... looking forward for the next step.... help again =)

Just wanted to let you know guys, apparently things are moving really fast at VSC. I sent my packet january 22, received january 26, 2010 and they started processing it January 27th. Today Feb 25th I received an e-mail and a text messaging saying my petition was approved. Wow! That IS FAST! I'm really excited. Thanks VJ!

and also i wanted to bring my son here in US... he was born in the Philippines... Can we change his citizenship to US citizen..

I would just use his address and have mail forwarded to your aunt's house. I am assuming they dont live in the same state right? that way later down the road you dont have to update your address.

I would put his apartment address because that is where you will live when you come to the US right? Your aunt's address is where? Philippines or US? It has to be a US address. If he wont be able to get to his mail and follow-up, he can forward it to somewhere he can keep up with it.

I have the same problem I just told my fiencee to make up a date between the ttime we met and the time we filed so it will not be a red flag to anyone and I never put a engegement date on any paperwork so they can not ? this.

my problem is somewhat different.... i have a ring but not an engagement ring... my fiance bought some sort of bond ring( both of us have that)...looks like wedding ring.... will it also affect our appplying for K1 soon? =>
