    Hi! Sorry to hear about your NOA2 issues. We received the hard copy of our NOA2 this past Monday, March 15th. I have been trying to call the NVC to see if they have received it but I can't get through. The number is always busy. So I have no idea if they have it yet or not. I will keep trying to call. May use their email address if i cant get through via phone today.
