      Hm, USCIS says it accepts the 2006 and 2007 versions. I hope mine doesn't get sent back, too. If it makes you feel any better, my fiance forgot to include the I-129F and it put us back 3 weeks. I know your pain.

      Please show me where it says that because the other form (g325) is the most updated version so I'm confused

      Where did you download your forms? It'll say at the top of the form when it expires. The USCIS fiancee visa page says it accepts the 2 older versions, but I think you sent the one just before that. I don't have the link on me now, but if you go to uscis.gov and go to the I-129F page, it shows the acceptable editions. Sorry about your luck...at least it's not a major slow down. :)
