    NVC Confirmed the AOS has been "processed" - received RFE for the DS-230 package

      It is a False RFE. It basically says to send in the DS-230 package. I think the RFE was triggered by the completion of the AOS review

      Yes, I received it too before I sent my DS 230. Its just mean that they are waiting for DS 230.

      If you Sign in Fails at NVC portal than it is complete.

    NVC confirmed they received a "package". They could not say which package was received, but of course I know it was the AOS package !!!

    AVR Now says "Waiting for Biographic Documents". I assume this means they have received the AOS package I sent them ???

      but I *think* before it said they are waiting for the AOS AND the DS230. Now it just says Biographic documents.

      Mine says the same thing. I have submitted AOS package quite a while ago. This message appeared when I received instructions package for DS 230.So my understanding is that it is for DS 230.

    Can you go for the medical at any time? Meaning can I go now (almost 40 days before the interview) or do you have to wait until a date closer to the interview ?

    Do you know anybody in Delhi - like any Passport agents? We got the Passport PCC in about 5 days it was no big deal. The District PCC takes longer up to 15 days. You have to go to the local PS and they direct you to the Commissioners office who gives you a form and instructions

      How soon after you paid the AOS did you get the IV invoice? Did you email or mail in your DS3032?

      Since I am using a lawyer my agent was already selected. So I received both AOS and IV bills at the same time. I think it will take btwn 5 and 10 days for your DS3032 to be accepted.

      NVC says as of Aug 30th my case is complete there. However, only disadvantage of getting case complete this late is I still do not get interview date for next month (Sep). We have to wait till October interview time period. You should hear soon and as long as it gets approved before or around 15th of this month you should received October interview date. Good luck!

      i met my husband on myspace.com in september of 2009......we were married in Febuary 2010 in his home country of Nigeria..I am presently residing in Nigeria with my Husband until a later date.......i filed back in march 2010 but have never recieved a reply so am i in the process of refiling all-over again.

    No interview date assigned yet. They said they were just starting to assign interviews for Nov and would continue to do so until Oct 15. So lets see what happens !!!

    NVC received the DS-230 just today - so they will start looking at it soon. How long end-to-end did your DS-230 take to review ?
