    I am also submitting my I-751 package and also kinda of in same situation as you were.

    I live with My In laws therefore no mortgage or rental agreements.

    could you please provide me the statement you wrote in your letter from the parents stating you/your wife lives with them etc..

      Sorry Greatk I did not see your message until just now. Did you submit your I751 package already?

      Even if you live with your in-laws you can still have a landlord-tenant relationship with them.

      You live with them so a rental agreement with your parents as landlords and you and wife as renters will be valid proof of residence.

    NVC Confirmed the AOS has been "processed" - received RFE for the DS-230 package

      It is a False RFE. It basically says to send in the DS-230 package. I think the RFE was triggered by the completion of the AOS review

    AVR Now says "Waiting for Biographic Documents". I assume this means they have received the AOS package I sent them ???

      but I *think* before it said they are waiting for the AOS AND the DS230. Now it just says Biographic documents.

    On my way to fedex the AOS and the DS-3032 plus docs. Now fingers crossed that NVC doesn't take forever (I am told 4-6 weeks!!!) to send to Consulate.

      What Zeban means is that he will be submitting to NVC soon (in other words "going there" just like you have submitted already).

    Thinks are moving fast. The e-mailed DS-3032 was accepted, and I paid both the AOS and DS-230 bills; now waiting for acceptance.

      Since I am using a lawyer my agent was already selected. So I received both AOS and IV bills at the same time. I think it will take btwn 5 and 10 days for your DS3032 to be accepted.
