    Hi Bobby,

    I am also submitting my I-751 package and also kinda of in same situation as you were.

    I live with My In laws therefore no mortgage or rental agreements.

    could you please provide me the statement you wrote in your letter from the parents stating you/your wife lives with them etc..

      Sorry Greatk I did not see your message until just now. Did you submit your I751 package already?

      Even if you live with your in-laws you can still have a landlord-tenant relationship with them.

      You live with them so a rental agreement with your parents as landlords and you and wife as renters will be valid proof of residence.
