Nowhere in the K1 process tree did i see anything about when to obtain a passport. I've asked several people who seemed to know what they were talking about, but yes i've read DS-156 which is why i initially asked them "umm.. Won't my fiance need a passport to fill this out?", even my fiance believed she didn't need a passport until after the interview. "No she wont need a passport until after the interview" so ok, that settles that, or so i thought. This isn't the only thing on my mind, I've been extremely busy with other things lately and things slip by. I'm on the right track again, thanks. Not at any point in time did i believe she'd be able to come here without a passport, just a question of when to get it.
