I have a friend here who recieved her NOA2 after 701 days and the consulate is also New Delhi. Anyways where you and your fiance are from? i am from Kashmir(India) and my Fiancee is from Eugene, OR.

hey first of all congratulations for NOA2...yeah 22 hour drive sucks and i never travel by road if the journey is more then 10 hrs..u r always welcomed to kashmir anytime you want..i have been to chandigarh many times and i like the place very much..Anyways m Zahid and u?
