    i did enter the embassy for december 1 as re scheduled interview date which the embassy said that they have no record about it...and my visa is APPROVED! but they did not get the record of my medical exam from st lukes and my passport, maybe because i did the advance medical and i also re scheduled the interview date which was december 10..but everything went well... thanks GOD and all the vj members

    i am so stressed and excited on the upcoming interview.. i cant sleep at night... everyday i count the days and hours... its so near and yet its stil very far! how can we overcome this feeling?

    This is exactly how I feel for my interview.......we can just pray and hope everything will be finish positive.....the fact some consul will decide about my future in a two ours is realy tough

    Firstly I'm very sorry to hear about the divorce. This process is very strenuous on both parties. I'm really sorry about your situation. I hope you all the best for the future. I'm hoping to get an interview date soon *fingures crossed*, * touch wood*.

    No matter which route you take, I'm sure you'll be successful. Always hold your head and don't ever look down on yourself.

    Well they want my papers from NVC and I called them to check is everything OK and they told me that something is wrong they do not have my papers which NVC sent, so they told me call us every few days if my papers are losted somewhere they will have to postpone my interview, I called just to check is everything fine and I got those answers from embassy - Call us for few days , I can not help them in embassy if they lost something or have not recived my documnets but they insist call us.....

    Wow, I see why you're worried. Can you ask the OP to give you the tracking number on the DHL package if she says it was sent to the embassy? That way, you can find out if it was signed for. If it *was* signed for, you can give the embassy that information & maybe they can locate it.

    OP from NVC told my they sent papers on Novemebr 3 but I didn t find any package to my embassy for that date , so I ll call embassy on Monday and hope for good news, thanks for yours advice Julie

    Yes I did get appointment letter but in my embassy when I call them alwayas telling me call us again for few days and always the same story I decided to not call them anymore , I done my job with papers it is theirs problem...

    I'm a bit confused - what do you need to know from the embassy? I'm not sure they return phone calls - have you tried emailing?

    I am still woried for my papers embassy did not recive it yet and from NVC they talking another story and assert nothing is should to be sent , next all week are holidays in embassy so just one week is left and I do not know what to do. I am afraid they will postpone my interview

    this process make me insane from beginnig and lost all my nervous :crying:

    As for us, dear VJ'ers, I finished my 14-page hardship letter with its 36 attachments last night. I gave it my all. It's in God's hands now.

    Evo malo ispravke vezano za interview ja sam malo pozurio sa pisanjem a ona mi nije rekla sve detalje valjda od uzbudjenja i svega nije mogla odma da se sjeti.

    Pregledali su joj sve papire ona uvjerenja,I-134,i za dokaze o vezi uzeli su samo tel racune i koju sliku ako bi konzul zatrazio.E-mailove,pisma i ostalo nisu ni pogledali,skype history takodje nisu ni pogledali.Pitali su je:

    sta ja volim da jedem?

    sta ona voli kod mene?

    onda su je na blic pitali kako se ja zovem?

    kako smo se upoznali?

    sta pricamo preko tel?

    sta ce ona da radi kad dodje u USA?

    kako sam je zaprosio?

    To su bila pitanja i sve zajedno kaze ne vjeruje da je trajalo vise od 10 min,kako pocne da ogovara na pitanje kazu ok i pitaju slijedece,tako da je taj interview cista formalnost kolko se meni cini iz svega.Opusteno samo nije nista strasno zelim puno srece svima i da sto prije zavrsite zapoceto! :dance:

    Cestitke na osobrenoj vizi, mada mi se cini da je u sarajevskoj ambasadi manje ispitivanje za K1 nego za IR1/CR1 vizu sto mi stvarno nije logicno....

    I got the same kind of thing when my docs left NVC. Call DHL and tell them the two zip codes (from NVC to your consulate) I think NVC was 03801. They can research it based on the date shipped and tell you the tracking and when and who signed for it.

    In my case when I find out the tracking info, I got up early to call the consulate to discover that I had an email with packet three DOH!

    Thanks Gaynto, problem is I don't know when my papers are shipped, by NVC it was 3 th Novemeber but in embassy they told me it was yesterday so someone telling untruth embassy or NVC, I checked on DHL site and it was' nt any package for my embassy not on Novemer 3 and nothing yesterday........I can just waiting patiencly but I lost my patience....

    Thanks Keysersoze, I hope it is mine but in embassy they told me they didn t recive mine yet , I saw another package shipped on Novemeber 17 for Sarajevo I hope some of those are mine.....

    I am so glad to share my good news with all my VJ's family. My husband had his interview today in Lagos, I received a call at 4:46 this AM, and he told me his interview was a sucess. He said the CO was nice, she asked him about five questions. My husband was well prepared I mail him all phone bills, text messages, photos, etc. He said he had the photo album in his hand and the CO requested to see it. She looks at the photo and ask him when we took the photo and who was the people in the photo with us. While she was looking at the photo, she ask him for prove of relationship. My husband said he was about the hand her the phone bill and texts, and the CO told him he should hold it for later. After that she was taping and left her seat and when at the back, when she came back to her desk, she told him congrats and for him to pick up his visa next 11/25/09. The Co didn't even look at the phone bill and text. I am so excited and can't wait to see my husband soon. Thanks again to all my VJ's family for all the great advise i received at this site. My journey has come to an end. lol..............

    I 864 for interview

    My husband filled our I864 EZ forms for NVC and it was OK, but I have a worry for interview becouse he has a job now but few months before he was whitout job and I think that tax for this year will be bellow the poverty guideline , so could it be a problem or is it only important fact that he has a job at the interview date ?
