    USCIS lost my green card

    I received on March 13th white paper in my mail that said "Congratulations .Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your permanent resident status has been approved.You should received a new Card within 60 days<"

    I never got an email that I was approved or that my green card production was ordered.On the USCIS web page it still say case pending.I call ucsic customer service and they do not know where is my green card, am I approved or what to do next.They told me to wait and maybe that green card is lost or sent to wrong address.They do not know did they print or sent green card .There is more than 60 days and still nothing.

    My question is what to do next , because calling that customer number is not helping at all?

    I found a latter in my mail box from local uscis office " Congratulations. Your request for the removal of the conditional basis of your resident status has been approved.You should receive a new Permanent Resident Card within 60 days". I have never got any emails, or sms message, and on USCIS page on status it still said " Initial review".

    Date of decision 3/13/2012

    If this is approval than you can update my timeline

    I am conditional resident and next year I have to file for removing of condition and my permanent resident card.I have a problem now because i have a criminal record few days ago I was accused for theft (I forgot to pay an item of 12 dollars on selfcheck).The possible sentence for this in state I live is maximum 30 days and fine from 50 to 500 dollars.I am scared that I can be deportated.My attorney advised me to except deffered judgement which mean i am pladed guilty, but after 12 months case will be dismised after my probation period.This is my first offense so I think I am acceptable for petty theft exceptions.Do I have to fill wavier with my i751 package , what papers I have to submit with i751 regarding this criminal record?

    Questions about traveling with conditional green card

    hello redglasses and v333k- i have been outside the US for 4 months, and am about to return now.

    Does the length of this period affect what documents are needed?

    I have the same questation I wander can I travel with my conditinal green card out of USA , should I bring with me only my green card and passport or I have to obtain some more documents

    MOZE LI MI NEKO OD VAS KO JE PROSAO INTERVJU RECI SA KOJIM PASOSEM STE TO URADILI.?DA LI MORA BITI OVAJ BIOMETRIJSKI ILI MOZE I OVAJ ;STARI;...MOJ PASOS VAZI JOS PUNE 3 GODINE.....HVALA....

    ja imam isto stari pasos nemam biometrijski moj intervju je za dva dana pa ako bude problema javim, mada cisto sumnjam da treba novi jer u ambasadi imaju kopiju mog sadasnjeg pasosa da mi treba novi valjda bi mi javili....

    CEKAJ.CEKAJ.....GDJE STE OBAVILI MEDICAL PROCES U SARAJEVU......ETO HAJD SAD VOZDRA....

    Ja sam medicinski obavila na Ilidzi u poluklinici Eurofarm, nakon sto te odobre u NVC poslace ti upute o medicinskom pregledu, prvo se nazove doktorica i naruci za pregled, sve bude gotovo za jedan dan i kosta oko nekih 200 KM ukupno .Kad zavrsi intervju javicu kako je zavrsilo i sta su me sve pitali, hvala na potpori stvarno mi je sada potrebna...
