I tried E-Request and no luck I got letter they are sorry for delay ...?! that is it
I called USCIS and ask for level 2 offcer I was on hold 1 hour and 20min after shor conversation he give me email to follow up i sent an email to CSC after 2 days they reply that my case is not there?!
I sent email and ask where is my case and nobody reply.
I'm sorry! That blows! It seems like they really go by no specific rules when processing cases - I did get a similar letter saying they are sorry for the delay and then maybe a seperate letter approving our petition.
Hang in there and they will eventually get back to you!! If the e-request was filed online with no errors, you can at least be reassured that your case is in fact in the system somewhere - otherwise you would've not been able to file

I had the same thing happen - I called the National Benefits Center and this super grumpy woman I believe said I should use the case number of the very first NOA letter received (from July 23, 2012). This number is different from the Biometrics letter number so double ckeck you're using the right number and you should be able to select CRI89.

Oh weird. I had originally included the link to the e-request website on uscis.gov but it disappeared!
Well this is it https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do
I simply filled out the form using the case number on the initial NOA I believe and they sent us the approval within just a few days/two weeks?
Don't know how well this works with RFE cases but why not give it a shot right?

Put in the request - got an answer within two weeks max. - Worked out perfectly for us!

Hey "con" in filing a e-request? How long before an answer is received?
Well I filed my e-request 3/25 and got my notification for card production 4/4 so less than 10 days

How will I be able to talk IO when I call the 1800 # about my pending case?
I think it's close to impossible to get anyone other than a customer service rep on the phone when calling the NCSC
You would probably in fact have to try getting an info-pass appointment
I had asked the lady why I couldn't file an e-request online and she explained to me that instead of using the case number from the biometrics letter (and any other thereafter) I need to use the first case number, which is only on the initial receipt, NOA 1
That worked perfectly and I was able to submit my request online at https://egov.uscis.gov/e-Request/Intro.do

Yay filed an e-request late last month and got a text and e-mail today for card production!

Uhm I'm a little confused. I went to the USCIS website today to check my status - to no avail, of course! - but something struck me that I thought was weird. I tried to check the CSC's processing times for the I-751 and both the bar chart as well as the date chart do not even show the I-751 for CSC anymore
When is it okay to file a request? On the one hand they say wait 6.9 Months but then again, last month, they had worked only on petitions from June so I have no clue what's up with CSC right now and I'm getting really antsy to get some kind of notice

As far as I know, at ROC stage, there is no update for RFE on case status online nor e-mail notification...

Same here - case still on initial review - last touched exactly 6 months ago so hopefully we only have about two weeks more to wait

As for the RFE - do you check your case status online at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do ? If not, check it out. They will text and/or email you with any updates if you want them to. Otherwise, they will send you a letter explaining how to proceed after you receive the RFE. Good luck!

I for one don't know anything about a stamp but we've traveled a few times and all we needed is the letter. On our last trip from Canada to the states, the immigration gave us hell because I had a copy of the letter, not the actual. He proceeded to deride us further by saying "you wouldn't bring in a photocopy of your green card would you?" Fortunately, he wasn't able to understand the vulgarities I said to him in a language he couldn't understand LOL
Same here, I've traveled twice since renewing my green card (CA and Germany) and both times they gave me a hard time because I carried a copy - I don't see the big deal. If they look up the A# they'll see that I applied.
Anyway, keep the original with you for travels. Saves you time and a lot of nerve for all parties involved.

Ah, yeah I tried a walk-in two years ago which was a disaster - I waited 4 hours without getting in

I just got a delivery confirmation that it's delivered. How come they don't text me that the application is accepted? I mailed the notification of application acceptance with my I-751.
Are you talking about the G-1145? This is only accepted as follows:

OP didn't enter as a visitor they entered on a K-1 visa. Totally different and they are issued an I-94.
That's why I said said travelers where relatives visiting - not immigrating. I simply noted that USCIS is in fact getting rid of the I-94 (W)
Sorry but the AOS forms require an I-94 number and expiration date. They also require a photocopy front and back of the I-94 in the package as well as a copy of the passport stamp and visa.
You are correct. I have however seen people get the AOS approved without it - mistakes happen - call them back and talk to someone who actually cares - I know I had a hard time getting some straight answers from them

Yeah I do think they're getting rid of the paperwork. That's all electronically recorded now. I wouldn't stress too much! You'll be okay - I'm sure USCIS know of this.

Did you get a stamp anywhere in your passport that shows the expiration date of your stay?

There is always a chance they won't let you or anyone in at POE - this decision is up to each individual IO. Receiving a visa does not guarantee entry into the U.S., bare that in mind no matter which visa you apply for.
As for the refusal to enter - I was denied entry in 2009 and received my visa in 2010 - it was hardly even mentioned during my visa process... it didn't seem to matter to anyone at all so don't worry about that part!

Congratulations! What an agonizing, long process!
Just curious - for your naturalizaiton, did you abandon your German Citizenship? How hard was it to receive your 'Beibehaltungsgenehmigung'?
