I just hate it when I call and all they say is "IT IS PROCESSING" it is getting annoying (i have called twice).

Im curious....what exactly did you say to the person at the window in the consulate when you requested the official letter there?

How did you know (or who told you) that you could just present your NOA2 without official letter. So, you are saying we should do that too? Are we not risking that they say NO once we are there since it is processing? I thought you would do something like this when docs are sent. Thanks

Well, you know we are probably risking it if we go there without the official letter. They told me they are still processing our case there. I dont want to go, spend money, and they say NO you have to wait for the processing to complete.

We have very similar timelines...I heard that you don't have to wait for packet 3. That you can just print off forms online and request the official letter once you are in Juarez..I dont know if this is true

I called CJ yesterday and I asked them if i can do that...but they said that 'NO' since the petition is being processed and I would have to wait 3 MONTHS for them to send the packet 3. What should we do?

Well, then how did you get into the medical and consulate? You mean when they told you they received the approved petition and it was processing, you just went to CJ. Thanks
