  1. Hello everyone just sent my I-751 yesterday July 13  . I live 7 miles to laguna niguel so it will get there today thursday. Can somebody add me to the list please? also it took me to about 15 hours to gather all evidence and make it into a 2inch packet. is this normal amount of hours that it takes every one from the time they gather all the information to the time they mail it?

  2. On Monday morning, go to your local IRS tax office and request your and your spouse's tax return transcripts, you will get them on the spot and it will only take 15 to 30 mins(wait). You do not need to include any W2s. All you need to provide is joint tax returns and IRS tax transcripts what USCIS want to see so do not bother with W2, just get the transcripts.

Or you can call the IRS to order your tax transcripts and have them faxed to you if you have a fax machine near by.

    Good luck

Thanks alot angus28 I thought I would have to wait weeks for my wife 2009 w2.

  3. thank you very for your reminder im planning to sent this on first week of july

We will all be happy to have you here. good luck on your new house. What city are you going to live in?

I want to be in July 2011 filers but we're in the process of getting a house. I want to file when we have permanent address since we're living in the apartment. I should be filing on July 26. Hopefully I could be in July 2011 filers.

  4. hi im also july filers my GC expire on july 22, me and my wife dont have savings account only checking account and we also dont have a medical insurance and credit card.this the only documents we have

    - renters aggrement

    - car registration

    - car insurance

    - renter insurance

    - checking account

    - cellphone bill

    - gas bill

    - life insurance

what more can you suggest to have more documents

do you think because we have only a few documents,we have an interview.

If your green card expires July 22, you don't have to wait till july to file. you can do it now, you don't want to wait till the last minutes. also maybe you can find some affidavits from a a couple of people. and or plane tickets together, photos, anything that you do together.but your list looks good so far.

  5. hello guys..

i have a question to ask..my interview is very near so im gathering all my documents..

--when i filed my AOS i put my mother-in-law to be my joint sponsor cuz my husband just got layed off from his job at that time..so now my husband has been working for his new job for almost 3 months now..so my QUESTION is do i still need to bring evidences for my joint sponsor like (bank statement, evidence of being USC) since my husband already has a job..?

    THANKS in advance..

Hi yes they will probably ask you for most recent paystubs of your mother inlaw and maybe a proof of citizenship also 3 years taxes for her. it would not hurt to bring this docs. when i went to my interview they ask me for 3 years taxes for my joint sponsor with original w-2's

did they took the original copies of W-2's..?

    thanks..

Hello umagurl, yes they do ask for original w2's. but it all depends on the immigration officer how picky they are.

  7. ayy everbodyy! thank u for all ur support throughout these months.!

I am so happy that i am enrolled in this God blessing site.

I am happy to let u guys all know that i was approved!

The only bad drawback experience that I had was waiting i nthe room. I waited for almost an hour.

Till I finally got called in.

It was a tall white male that i do not recall his name.

Told my wife and I to raise our right hands that we promise to say the truth, and nothing but the truth.

After that, he looked through the application and asked us a few simple questions.

It seemed like he was trying to find something bad in there, but he had nothing bad to find.

All he asked me for was a original of my marriage certificate and asked me if I had other kids with other ladies. I said no.

After looking and looking through my packet, he found no red flags, and said I was approved!

Thank you all for all your support! and I will still be here to support and cheer up other voyagers.

I guess I will take a break from USCIS and will start to get ready for my July 7, 2011 removal of conditions.

Hopefully we will all be on the same train to help eachother out.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL IN THE JOURNEY TO GET NATURALIZED.
