Nevermind I figured it out. The bills haven't generated yet so that's why it's not showing

You logon to the payment portal and there are 2 lines. One for AOS fee and one for IV fee. When you can pay a checkbox will appear with the fee amount. You can then select the bill and pay online. You want to do this right away because it takes them 2-3 + more days to process the payment. When fee status is marked paid you get an email saying you can actually submit the form (either I864 or DS230).

When I try to log in with my NVC# and IIN it says sign in failed this isn't available for further processing. I'm not sure why neither of them are showing up. It's like it's not even letting me log in?

I haven't received any emails saying the bills are ready. When I check the website that is listed to pay them it says there's nothing to process? So I can't see any bill at all. It's the same website for both bills isn't it?

the problem is we don't have yet IIN so we couldn't start paying them. the operator said they will send it next week.. so I'm thinking IIN comes with the instruction they are sending.i thought they give it over the fone along with the case bumber

They gave me our IIN when i called and got the nvc case number so they should be able to give it to you over the phone.

i emailed them my ds 3032 last monday and i got this reply from nvc yesterday im not sure if this a confirmation that they assigned already my husband as my agent??? and also do i have to snail mail a pdf ds 3032??

The other thing to keep in mind is most utilities, ie cell phone, cable bill, water or electric bills don't have any effect on your credit as far as the score is concerned. They would only become an issue if they are reported to the agencies as non payments. So yes the credit card would be reported or any loans that you may have with your name on it but the other things probably don't make a difference.

I was wondering about this myself. I had my husband send the email earlier this week and other than the auto response we haven't heard anything else. It seems to be a case of hurry up and wait lol

For those of you who have received your NVC number and have given your email to the rep have you received an email yet? I gave them my email on Tuesday...no email and can't sign in to pay any bills. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.

We sent the email last night for choice of agent so hopefully within a couple days we'll hear something back saying they accepted it. I'll keep you guys posted as to how long it takes.

Gross will be higher than net. She should only be using the gross number.

If you don't hear it by the end of the week I would probably talk to a rep just to make sure it's not there and that the automated system is correct. I have a hard time trusting machines so I would once a wk during the past month spk with an actual rep just to verify that they really DIDNT have it.

I called and it was listed on the automated system so then I just hit 0 and spoke with a rep and she verified the number and gave me the IIN. She verified my email and I gave her my husbands email and just said that the bills will come via email since they have both of them.

I got my case number this morning and spoke to an operator to get the IIN. I find it strange that people talk about how rude the people are there when they speak to them because everyone I speak to is always nice lol. We were laughing this morning. Anyway she told me that now that she had both the emails we would receive the billing notices that way. I'm going to have john send the the email to show me as the agent. Then I guess wait for the bills to come. One step closer!

If you heard your case number you need to call back and speak with an operator to give them your email address' and get your IIN. Did you get yours?

I think I would be completely done with this entire situation. The man has tried taking her and her daughter to do things. She refuses to go. I find it incredibly disrespectful that they would sit in a car for an hour and half and she would only speak to her daughter in Russian. I'm a woman and when my now husband and I saw each other it was fireworks each and everytime and continues to be. How can you folks think that he should take sex or intimacy out of the equation? As someone pointed out she's not a virgin and these 2 are planning on being married sex IS a part of married life. Even if you take actual sex out of the picture the woman refuses to sleep in the same bed with him. There is a problem with that. I agree with the person who stated that a woman has to be in sync on emotional level for sex and fine she's adjusting but at the end of the day if this gal was 100% into the fella she would be more than happy to sleep in the same bed with him as they haven't been able to for months even if it's only to cuddle. My opinion if it's like this after 8 days when you should both still be thrilled to death to even be together time is NOT on your side. Cut your losses before anymore damage is done.

Update! I just received a text message and email stating that on 7/13 an RFE was sent out.

Wonder why I never got an email or text when the original RFE was sent out on 6/24, which is the one I never received?

Oh well.....very very happy to see some sort of progress.

That's good news. Maybe since it is dated 07/13 the follow up time will be adjusted and not be based off that initial 06/24 date?

There have been quite a few people that received their NOA2 in June and their case has not been received at NVC. I'm right there along with you. I got the same response you did followed up with one stating that USCIS says the file is en route and we will be contacted in 6-8 weeks. All we can do is wait at this point.

Well I got a response from NVC stating they would contact USCIS on my behalf which I appreciate however there's nothing about them contacting me back to give me an update. So really it doesn't do a heck of a lot of good to contact them via email because you still aren't going to get an answer lol.

Anyone have the email address for NVC for requests regarding the transfer of your file? The guy gave it to me on Friday night but I've left it at home and I'm going to send a copy of my receipt as it's gone beyond the 15 business days. Thanks!

For those of you that have received your NOA2 how many of you have been able to get your NVC number? I think I've only seen 1 that was in the June approvals. Just trying to get an idea. NVC stating that they still don't have my file which was approved over 3 wks ago. I'm trying to determine if it's just mine or if everyone is waiting.

I think it depends on a multitude of things. My ex husband is English. He was living in the U.S. on a work visa. When we got married we AOS through the marriage. The marriage fell apart. I went on vacation and met John. We dated, filed for a K1 were approved without 1 question in regards to my ex who I had petititioned. We are now going through the CR1 process and I don't have any concern about there being an issue due to my ex. If you entered a marriage for the right reasons then you have nothing to worry about. All you can do is be honest.
