Sorry, I didn't see your comment until now. We started AOS but we haven't filed just yet. We need to get the civil surgeon to sign our form and then finish the financial support form - then we can file. Everything else has been completed and ready to go though

no, I am pretty sure they mail it when it's been printed - or at least within the day. I don't think DOS can really tell when it was mailed. I know when they told me it was approved / printed. It was mailed about 3 days after that (as I got the notification for the tracking # that it was at the post office)

Yes, contact DOS at ..I think, 240-663-1225 press 1 then 0. Then provide your case # and ask if the visa was printed/issued/mailed. Then if you get the run around, do what Kayla is in the process of doing and contact your congressmen.
