      yeah we did sent I-129f together with the I-130 but we never got the noa1 of the I-129f so we think that they already made a choice for us...to go for cr1 path. no noa2 yet..any updates?

    I'm not so sure. They seem to have skipped right over my NOA date, they are approving March 16th and I haven't been touched since June 18th. :-(
