Has anyone sent a Check to the Chicago office for I-130 filing fee. I have the money and we have a US wachovia bank account with checks but i am unsure if they accept checks. has anyone recently sent a check and been approved or the money has been approved atleast?

I am currently in canada but I am leaving to go back to the states on friday. Now I have to pay for the 130 filing fee for my son and I am wondering if anyone has done a money order from canada to send to the Uscis and If so, where did you get it from Bank, ect and what do I ask for..

I have been reading over everything, a few posts as well. It says you need a check for every place lived since age 16, but does that include cities or just states, countries. The RMCP is A province based search is it not? Do i need to obtain one from each city i lived in as well?

One is all about you and the other set it all about her...

One has to have everything about you, your last name at top. dob etc,

The other set is hers all about her, her last name at top dob. ect

and yes you would put her as you wife etc and on hers you would be her husband etc

Anyone have any advice I can get,

I cannot remember when I started a job at a past employer, I can somewhat remember when I quit sept 2005 but i cannot remember when i started.

I have Called the employer but he does not remember the time and said he would see if he could find anything.

I am thinking maybe taxes from back then but im not sure that will tell my the month i started?

Is there anything else i can get ?

Im not even sure if my taxes would tell me when i started at that job, I have already contacted the employer and He cant recall. told me he would see if he could find any records of my employment there.

I am already collecting pictures for the interview in say a year, but i wasnt sure if originals were needed when i first send in the i-130's

i dont have much proof of Bonifide Marriage so I am trying to send in whatever I can, Pictures, a few emails, a letter from family.

awe, Thats not very nice of them, you went through the trouble of making an album and they didnt even bother to keep it/

That is why I was asking the question. IT says ALL pages but I didn't think it made sense to photocop 14 pages worth when only a few pages say anything but I will do whatever they want haha

Ok , No g25A IS not needed for a cr-2 but a photograph of both the petitioner and beneficiary is needed still right? do i just attach that to the i-130 paper?

Yes but get a few priginals if possible as when the case gets to NVC they will ask for them

Sae thing for BC get a few certified copies

well I have one orginal and I have two certified copies in the mail coming to me. So i will send a certified copy and a photo copy of that copy lol
