So should I just cancel the I-129F and try to go the IR-1/CR-1 route or just wait and see???

Ozzie when my wife applied for a tourist visa and got denied i read her paperwork and it says they cant apply again till six months. i do not think it will affect the K-1 but if possible hold off this the six months of denial to make sure everything goes well.

I submitted the paperwork for a K-3 visa and all before even knowing that they are phasing out the K-3 as I see in the forums recently.
I had a question and hope someone can help answer.
After submitting my paperwork both the I-130 and the I-129F have been approved they are on their way as we speak to the NVC. On the I-129F Approval letter i saw something that struck me as odd...
On the Notice type box it says the Approval notice is valid from 6-24 to 10-23-2010. What I was wondering is does anyone know what this means in regards to if nothing gets done or processed by 10/23/2010? does it automatically get denied? is that the expected date this process will be complete?
thanks in advanced for any possible answers. This process has been time consuming and now hearing from many people that we will see major obstructions along the way now it makes it even harder.

Hello all
I was having some questions and was hoping if anyone could help me
after carefully looking at the info regarding the K-3 Visa I submitted my Wife's I-130 petition.
It was received by USCIS on Feb 24th.
On Mar 3rd I received the NOA stating they had received it and to wait further instructions.
It is now April 22nd have not received anything.
I have the packet for the I-129 ready to go but not sure what to do next???
