  1. Wa gwan? Well I don't think the lack of wedding photo is a big deal.. as long as you do have other evidence of your relationship.. and as for the I129 or I130... it is up to you which way you want to go.. the I129F process faster.. but cost more, but the I130.. seems to be the better choice in the long run.. Blessing & Respect

thank you i think i'll do the i-130 because i found out that the i-129f cost a lot in the long run, i am having a warm time with the forms though, I don't know if FAMILY NAME is my new last Name or MAIDEN NAME, sounds crazy but they ask so many times I started questioning what they really need, HELP!?

  2. Welcome to VJ! In my opinion photos, letters etc. are secondary evidence. The primary evidence is what you have, passport stamps, your marriage certificate, and certainly your son (I assume both parents are listed on the birth certificate?). I would certainly submit any pictures you have but also e-mails, chat lots or phone records if you have them.

If I were you, I would send in the I-130 and the G-325 (x4 for you and x4 for your husband) and not bother with the I-129F. The K-3 is an obsolete visa and is twice as expensive as the Cr-1.

Good luck - PS your son is adorable

thank you we cherish him(SPOILED ROTTEN), his birth certificate does have both our names and we have photos of my husband and i with all our children(3 total 1 together), i just found out today that i have to have him redo the g325A because he signed one page and it should have been 4 pages:(. I am having a hard time with the forms HELP!!

  3. Hi my husband and i got married in Jamaica in June we have no photos of the wedding which was just a small ceremony we have been together for over fours years and we do have a two year old son together, but since we have no pics of our wedding I'm wondering if that's a problem or any pics of us together would be fine? i also need to know if there is anyone out there with similar issue. I have pics of us and the kids and multiple stamps in both mine and our son's passport of our visits but just don't know what to really send. I don't know if i should send the I-129F and I-130 together or what.
