I think they take your passport either way, so you just have to wait for the package to arrive, but again, they probably would have asked for further documentation at the time if they needed it.

My husband said they did not tell him whether he was approved or denied at the interview, but they sent him to pay the UPS. He got a green piece of paper which said he would get his documents back in 3 days with a decision--but he needed to submit his medical after the interview, so green might have been for missing document people. He received the visa within a week.

Yes, that sounds like approval to me. If you were not approved, they would have asked for further documentation. You never know with them, so just hang on, but I expect you will have the Visa delivery soon. Good luck!
