    What will matter is what you sent in the I-129 package. I think the visits are pretty strong evidence. They like to see that you are seeing each other and communicating.

    You are living in a dream world. In the real world she told an ex boy-friend she loved him and he caught her in the act. Send her sorry cheating A** back to the Philippines. They have only been married for 9 months!!! He gave this girl his heart and he took the time, energy and money to bring her to the US. She would love to stay in the US get her citizenship divorce the OP take the money and then bring her love to the mainland. I would not even give her a chance to have that opportunitiy. There are boatloads of good women out there that he can fall in love with. Why should he waste his time on her? This is the time to suck it up and put your big boy pants on and move on. He will be glad he did when he finds someone that will treat him as well as he treats her.

    UPDATE... After having talked to her at great length, I wasn't getting the answers I needed. She has been kicked out of the house and is staying with her cousin. Next thing is to contact lawyers. I don't see a future for us.
