We received our interview notification for Montgomery today, we are scheduled for June 14, 2018.  This is almost exactly 11 months after filing the N-400 electronically.  When we had our InfoPass appointment in Montgomery a few weeks ago, they said they were about to speed up, it looks like it is happening.

congrats on your interview, we are still waiting to get a interview

    Hello,

Well today is my 1 year anniversary waiting for an interview. It has been 400 days since USCIS received my application and despite a few phone calls and an info pass appointment, USCIS can't tell me where my file is, why it is delayed or anything I can do but wait until 18 months is up in September 2018. I have contacted my local congressman in January 2018 and am still waiting on some kind of news.

Frustrating when I see other cases processed in Atlanta but it is what it is with the USA citizenship system and I have realized how lucky I am to have been raised in Australia. I have had to resign from my elementary school teaching position today as my new contract for next year had a USA citizen pledge that I couldn't sign in case it came back to haunt me!! I guess it is more time to spend with my 3 USA citizen sons and my wife who is the daughter of a Vietnam veteran. Congratulations to all those who have taken their oaths.

welcome to the club 15 months for us for being inline to schedule interview, set back and wait.

Good morning.  My wife and I just had an InfoPass appointment in Montgomery this morning.  The officer indicated that N-400's were taking 13-18 months in their office but that they were about to speed up.  They had some prior under-staffing and a large group of applications when they started.

i sure hope so, been waiting inline to be scheduled since 01/30/2017

Has anyone in here still been waiting? I'm still waiting and it is very frustrated every time when I login to my uscis account.

In December, the estimated case completion time was 1 month (Feb 2018). Then I login in early March, the estimated case completion time was 1 month again, but which meant April 2018. Today I login again, the estimated case completion time is 4 months (July) and estimated wait time is 2 months.

Seriously, everytime I login, the estimated time is getting longer and longer. It seems it never sees the end.

I was hoping Montgomery new office will help ATL office, but it seems even getting worse.

i thought when they open Montgomery office it might speed things up, but we are still waiting.

Went For my Info Pass Appointment Today and as expected they told me that my case is still in line and they are procressing cases Feb END 2017.

I still got 2-3 months for the FO to procress April's PD Cases .

They mentioned that the Office is understaffed and the Processing times on the Web Site is incorrect  and they are going to be changing it .

When Asked about Ellis VS NBC cases they said that it does not matter what the case type is , they will be processed as PD order.

    ours is Dec 2016

I was in the Montgomery Field Office on Thursday and was having a conversation with employees as I was waiting. I was told that Montgomery office is under staffed and DACA is flooding that office. Hurry up and wait situation for anyone that needs to interview in that office.

crying shame that DACA is over riding US citizens that their spouses are trying to get things done.
