    As of today its been 2 years, 6 months, 17 days since i filed my I-130 and its still "pending" no matter what course of action i take....

      Hello my situation is kinda the same as yours. I have pending K1 application because of Administrative processing and right now my fiance is here in the philippines. We are planning to get married here and do the other visa application. Did you filed 1-129f before you filed for the spousal?

      Supposed to take less than a year but they dont care, so prepare for a very long wait

      The worse part is that if and when you get denied, you will be back in the same place with an appeal. With no time frame.

      Just wondering i see on your timeline again that on 05-11-2010 Request for Evidence on both the I129F and I130 you recieved this two. I129F is for K1 visa annd I130 is for spousal... did you apply this two together??? Hope i can help :)

    Purchased plane ticket back to the philippines, Good bye usa for a while. Now you can take years if you like USCIS , it won't matter at least I can be with my wife in her country.

      You2 are true heroes... to be able to wait so much... in a long distance relationship!! Keep your love strong!! Didnt the I-130 already expire & you need to file another???? It must be a solution out there... Maybe you need to file again because they lost it & this time attach expedite & describe this situation (show NOA 1) & nothing ever since. That's what i would do, honestly!!!!!
