    As of today its been 2 years, 6 months, 17 days since i filed my I-130 and its still "pending" no matter what course of action i take....

    This process sucks!!! Do they really know how does it feels to be in our shoe when only we want is to be with someone we love, and all they do is to make the process harder!!! :'( I need my fiance beside me same as he needs me there!!! God help us get through this thing...!!! (crying)

    Enjoying life in the philippines (except the heat) , the heat is hard for me. Besides that, things are great!

      We hired a lawyer , im not so sure it has helped us much. I think we should have hired a better one , but it depends on your case. If you are IMBRA you need a good one so it depends on the issues.

    Congressman called USCIS, but USCIS cant find anything that we're denied. USCIS told Congressman that our case is still reviewed in Vermont. (confused)
