i have another question i was looking at what all is needed for my interview and it says i need to bring my birth certificate but it has to have my parents names? mine does not have this and i asked my mom about it and none of my other siblings have their names on theirs either. i'm from Ontario and i just have the little blue one with the picture of Ontario on the back. Does anyone know what they mean by having the parents names on the birth certificate? do i need to order a new one?

I am currently waiting for my packet 3 to come from Montreal. I have been waiting over 2 months now for it. It was sent to my old address even though my fiance informed the NVC of my new one. So I emailed Montreal and they said they would send a new packet, this was almost 3 weeks ago. And I have been emailing everyday to try and get a response from them when they sent out the second packet. Does anyone know of a phone number where I could actually talk to someone instead of emailing. Thanks!

well i booked my vacations back in april before my fiance even proposed to me. if i wasn't able to change my interview then i would obviously cancel my vacations. but that's good to know that they will prob not be january. i haven't received my packet yet, i just get paranoid but as long as it is after january and before may then i'm good, which it should be. if not, i have done more research and have seen that people are able to change their interviews to specific weeks. thanks for your help!

ok this may seem a bit ridiculous but to us, we are stressing out. we received the noa2 and i am awaiting my interview date in montreal. i have been doing a little bit of research on here and it looks as though most people get their interview date quite soon after the noa2 and the date is only like a month or a bit after. well my dilemma is that we are getting married june 12, 2010, everything is already booked. so if i got my interview date in november or december, this means i cannot see him until march 12, which is 3 or 4 months!! we cannot go this long. we have been very fortunate and have been able to visit each other lots of times and i planned a week vacation to visit him for new years, i also have an already booked vacation to europe with my family in november. my question is, if when i get my interview date and it is in november or december can i postpone it to january or february?

everything just happened so fast and we scheduled everything because i was expecting it to take like 8 months, not 4!!

is there a way that i can send the remainder of the forms now? or should i just wait to receive the letter from USCIS? i really cannot have this process delayed too long.

My fiance and I just sent in our I 129F package last Friday and only sent in one G325A for both of us. One for each of us! now i am reading you need to send in all 4!!!! i suppose they will mail us back asking for 3 more? even though these 4 forms are all the same?? I am starting to panic because we already have all of our wedding booked for next June and we cannot afford to have the process delayed for a long period of time. has this happened to anyone???
